Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at MinuteMasters. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the courier's website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery. COD orders must be confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan including:

  • Islamabad / Rawalpindi
  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • Faisalabad
  • Multan
  • And all other cities nationwide

Failed Delivery / Returned Shipments

If delivery is attempted and fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient:

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2 times
  • After 2 failed attempts the order will be returned to us
  • You will be responsible for re-shipping charges
  • Please ensure your address and contact number are correct at checkout

Damaged Items During Shipping

If you receive a damaged item please:

  1. Take photos immediately upon opening
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
  3. Email us at dev.mohsankhan@gmail.com with photos
  4. We will arrange a replacement or refund

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or natural disasters
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Remote areas may take additional 1–2 days
  • During sale seasons (Eid, etc.) deliveries may take longer
